Can you repair or resize my jewelry?
Yes! We offer jewelry repair, ring sizing, stone tightening, chain and clasp repair, prong work, deep cleaning, and more! We have three in-store jewelers and a full design & repair studio. Please stop by the store at your convenience. We'd be happy to inspect the piece and provide a quote for repair.
Please Note: Repair quotes are complimentary and require an in-person inspection. Because every piece is different, seeing you jewelry allows our staff to provide accurate pricing and clearly explain any recommended repairs.
Do you create custom jewelry?
Absolutely! We create and manufacture jewelry in-store here at Jewelry by Design. Whether you're starting with an idea, a stone, an older piece, or inspiration photos, we'll help design something beautiful and wearable. Appointments and inquiries can be made HERE.
Can you restore old or inherited jewelry?
Of course! We love helping customers restore meaningful pieces, from heirloom rings to jewelry that needs a cleaning, quick repair, resetting, or redesigning. We'd be happy to walk you through what's possible.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are welcome but not required for most visits. You're welcome to stop by during store hours or give us a call so we can make the best recommendation. We are open:
Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm
