Jewelry by Design’s Return Policy:
We want you to LOVE your JBD jewelry forever, but we know that sometimes things happen! If you need to return your purchase, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns after 5 days will not be accepted. There are some qualifications for returns:
1. All personalized, customized, or discounted orders are non-refundable.
2. Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after 24 hours of ordering are subject to a 25% compensation fee to cover time spent and used/purchased materials to complete your order. NO cancellations will be accepted more than 7 days after placing an order.
3. The item must not be damaged, worn, or used.
4. The item must be returned in its original condition with all product information and documentation included in original package.
5. The item must precisely match our records.
6. The item has not be resized, customized, or adjusted in any way by anyone other than Jewelry by Design.
7. The customer must pay return shipping fees.
8. The item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days after we approve the return.
If the return does not meet the above requirements, it will not be accepted.
